I would just like to send a quick compliment e-mail for a great journey yesterday. The driver I had was friendly and interesting, with an impeccably clean car and helpful service. I called the operator, who was also very friendly , who quickly responded and organised for the driver to meet me earlier, at my request.

A very big thank you for helping with this urgent courier for our CEO… I appreciate we are past your usual cut off time for the overnight service for Monday, and not only have you sent someone specially to collect this, but it will be delivered by midday on Monday, which is absolutely amazing… I had a very similar situation with our previous provider not long ago and their response was a flat out no, no solutions suggested. Needless to say I was not impressed.
I just want to say how grateful I am for all the help I receive from you guys, particularly Mark who always manages to find a solution.
