The site provides an additional 5,000 sq ft. of space and allows our business to expand our central London same day, fulfillment, and overnight delivery services. We’re excited to be able to get parcels and deliveries to more customers than ever, reaching into new areas.
The site will also allow us to provide a temperature-controlled and ambient fulfillment solution, with our rapidly expanding fleet of electric vehicles completing any first or final mile requirements. Our electric cargo bikes, bicycles and van-based courier services allow us to collect and deliver urgent packages, food boxes, prescriptions and PPE to your door. We have already invested in over 30 electric cargo bikes ranging from Urban Arrows to EAVs (Electric Assisted Vehicles), and 90% of our APC UK overnight collections are currently collected or delivered on an electric van or cargo bike for our central London client base. We’ve committed to increasing our electric cargo bike fleet by 60% by the end of 2021. We can’t wait to expand our fleet to reach more areas.
