Christmas is fast approaching and Absolutely is here to help with our Christmas International Special Services. We can help to ensure that you make those all-important deliveries in time for Christmas.
As well as an international express signed-for service, economy international delivery or a specialist on-board courier service, we can offer you additional extras just to give you that peace of mind and provide you with stress-free deliveries through the festive period.
Here are some of the ways we can help with our Christmas International Special Services :
- We can provide professional packing of any fragile items to ensure they arrive safely and in one piece
- Enhanced insurance is available to cover your gifts just in case
- You have the option of selecting either DAP or DDP (under DDP, the sender assumes the maximum responsibility for costs and risk from the beginning to the end. Under DAP, the recipient bears the costs and taxes of import clearance).
- By selecting DDP you can choose for your gift to be delivered without the recipient being liable for any tax or duty charges on receipt.
As with all International transportation, some items may fall under the Dangerous Goods section such as perfumes etc.
We can guide you on how best to ship such items and help with ensuring that your goods are fully packed, certificated and ready for despatch.
Be aware that some items are prohibited including certain foods and alcohol, also some countries forbid certain specific types of literature so always check with us beforehand to be sure.
