What is the size for a van courier item?
A small van can normally carry a maximum of 1.7m (L) x 1.4m (W) x 1.1m (H). A large van can carry a maximum of 2.2m(L) x 1.7m (W) x 1.5m (H).
How long will my delivery take?
This all depends on the collection, delivery postcode and the vehicle you have booked. To give you an idea, our bikes normally collect and deliver within 90 minutes to central London postcodes.
How can I track my parcel/delivery?
All of our same day courier bookings can be tracked online via our online booking platform. Should you have requested or entered your email address to receive booking confirmations or POD (proof of delivery) confirmation, this will be available here too.
What happens if there’s no-one there to receive my delivery?
